Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Tallaght Hospital. Jerry, beloved husband of Catherine and devoted father of Morgan, Tara and Gerard; very sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughter, brothers, sisters, son-in-law Raymond, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren Dáire and Jack, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
