JERRY LEAHY (Chestnut Drive, Dwyer Road, Midleton, Co. Cork and formerly of the Station House, Midleton, Co. Cork)

 

Jerry passed away on 27th of March 2026 (peacefully and unexpectedly) in the care of the dedicated team at Cork University Hospital.

 

Beloved brother of Kay Beare, Geraldine Slowey, Breeda O’Driscoll and Joan Vaughan and pre-deceased by his devoted parents Jerry and Hannah and his loving sister Ella, brother-in-law of the late Seán.

 

Lovingly remembered and sadly missed also by his brothers-in-law Paddy, Brendan and Tom, his nieces and nephews, Patricia, Leo, Nicola, Johanna, Rosemarie, John, Jerry, Eamon and Anita and his grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

 

Forever in our hearts – may he rest in peace.

 

Reposing at Hyde’s Funeral Home, Midleton, Co. Cork on Sunday evening (29 March) from 5pm to 6pm.

 

Reception into the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Midleton, Co. Cork on Monday 30th for Requeim Mass at 2.30pm, followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery.
