JERRY O'DONOVAN

O’DONOVAN, Bandon and Dunmanway. On December 17th 2018, peacefully after an illness bourne with great strength and dignity, surrounded by his loving wife and family, in the wonderful care of the staff at Marymount University Hospice, Cork. JERRY, (Manch Villa, Dunmanway Road,) Bandon. (Former Managing Director of Firebird Heating Solutions Ltd.). Beloved husband of Catriona (née Crowley) and loving father of Brian, Triona, Gail and Cian, brother of the late Maura (Collins). He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken wife and family, daughter-in-law Joyce, son-in-law Gerard, Triona’s partner Kevin, adored grandchildren, great-granddaughter, brothers-in-law Sean and Liam, sister-in-law Maria, nephew Padraig, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Lying in repose at his home, Manch Villa, on Tuesday evening (18th)  from 5.00pm until Rosary at 8.30pm. Reposing at O’Mahony’s Funeral Home, Enniskeane, on Wednesday evening from 5.00pm until removal at 8.30pm to St. Joseph’s Church, Ballinacarrigra. Reception into St Patrick’s Church, Bandon, on Thursday morning at 11.30am. Requiem Mass at 1.00pm followed by burial after in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to Marymount.
