The death has occurred of
Jim & Josie Brady
(née Farrell)
BRADY (Sarsfield Court, Glanmire, Co. Cork): On January 26th and 27th, 2026, peacefully, at Cork University Hospital, JIM & JOSIE (née Farrell), dearly loved parents of Gerard, Mary, Michael, Ann and Seamus.
Jim will be sadly missed by his loving family, brother Tommy, sisters Sr. M. Immaculata (Bridget) and Mary and is predeceased by Willie and Michael.
Josie will be sadly missed by her loving family, brothers Eamon and Olan, sister Mary and is predeceased by Michael and Richie.
They will both be deeply mourned by their families, sons-in-law Tomás and Fin, daughters-in-law Ann, Marie-Elena and Mags, grandchildren Alan, James and his wife Aoife, Meghan, Colin, Ciara, Laura, Ali, Jessie, Kelly, Sarah, Matt, Hazel and Barry, great-grandchild Cadhla, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Predeceased by their grandchildren Joseph, Caileigh and Emma.
Jim & Josie will repose from 5.00pm to 6.00pm on Thursday (January 29th) at the Mayfield Funeral Home, Old Youghal Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd.
Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Friday (January 30th) in St. Michael’s Church, Upper Glanmire which will be live streamed on
Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
