Jim Cody (snr). Kings Heath, Birmingham, England and formerly of Ballyhale, Co. Kilkenny. Peacefully surrounded by his family on Wednesday 12th April 2023. Beloved husband of Mena (née McKenna) formerly of Toberona, and loving dad of Mary, Peter, Stephen, Jim and Rachael. Predeceased by his parents Peter and Teresa, brothers Joe and Peter, sister Peggy. Jim will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife, sons and daughters, brothers Paddy, Johnny, Mick, Chris and Bernie, son in-law Colin, daughter in-law Shirley, his adored grandchildren Patrick, Jake, Ryan, Liam, Kane, Loryn, Eillie, Megan, Nathan and Callum, sisters in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family relatives and friends both in England and Ireland.

Reposing at the residence of the late Cyril & Kathleen Shannon, Point Road, Bellurgan, Dundalk (eircode) A91C9C1 on Friday afternoon 21st April from 4pm to 8pm. Removal on Saturday morning at 10.30am driving to St. Joseph's Redemptorist Church arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Castletown, Fatima (eircode) A91EK77
