The death has occurred of
Jim Crowley
Crowley, Rerrin, Bere Island, Co. Cork on February 18th 2020, peacefully in Marymount Hospice surrounded by his loving family, after a long illness bravely borne, JIM. Deeply mourned by his wife Veronica, his children Jim, Una (O'Reilly), Anne (Jennings) and Mike, brothers John and Denis, sisters Maura (Lynch), Joesphine (McCann) and Margaret (Harrington). Predeceased by his sister Catherine (Kingston). Sadly missed by his sons-inilaw Niall and Tom, daughters-in-law Sarah and Marta, his beloved grandchildren Hugh, Sam, Emma, Sorcha, Colm, Aidan and Olivia, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and his many friends.
Rosary on Wednesday(19th) in Harringtons Funeral Home, Castletownbere at 8pm. Reposing in the funeral home from 4pm to 6pm on Thursday (20th) followed by removal to St. Michael's Church, Bere Island. Requiem Mass will take place at 11am on Friday (21st) followed by burial in the local cemetery.
Bere Island ferry will be leaving the slip in Castletownbere at 9am and 10.15am on Friday morning.
Murphys ferry will be leaving the pontoon at 10am to Tragoula and from the pontoon to Rerrin village at 10.30am
