Jim died on New Year's Day 2025, peacefully at home with his family. He was late of E.S.B. Ferbane and was predeceased by his beloved parents James and Elizabeth and brothers Kieran and Frank.
He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving wife of 65 years, May, sons Séamus and Félim, daughters Éilís, Máire and Sinéad, grandchildren Dónal, Lorcan, Róisín, and Nelia, brother Pat, sisters Lucy and Kathleen, sons-in-law Allan and Jezz, daughters-in-law Linda and Nadia, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Jim will repose at Teach Lea, Boora (R35 DA50) on Friday (Jan. 3rd) from 4.30pm to 7pm.
Removal on Saturday afternon (Jan. 4th) to St. Mary's Church, Cloghan, where his Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 1.30pm and may be viewed on http://www.cloghanbanagherparish.ie.
Interment afterwards in Killourney Cemetery.
