Jim Fleming

Jim Fleming, Knocknacunny, Ballaghaderreen, and formerly of Ardnaree, Ballina.

Jim passed away peacefully on 18th March 2025, in the loving care of the staff at Mayo Hospice, Castlebar. Pre-deceased by his mother Maggie, father Patrick, seven sisters and brother.

Beloved husband of Annie and father of Mairead, Cáitlín, Ciara, and Pat. He will be deeply missed by his loving grandchildren Franck, Fiona, Anne, Anna, Katie, Clara, Amelia, Molly, Grace, Méabh, Blaithín, Eadaoin, John, and David, along with his adored great-grandchildren Evie, Blanche, Henri, Louis, and Ivy, as well as his sons-in-law Dylan and Dermot and all his nieces and nephews. He will be fondly remembered by his extended family and friends.

May he rest in peace.

Jim will repose at his home in Knocknacunny, Ballaghaderreen on Thursday, 20th March from 5 pm to 8 pm. Removal for Requiem Mass at the Cathedral of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Nathy, Ballaghaderreen on Friday, 21st March at 12 pm.

Burial will follow at Bonniconlon Cemetery, Co. Mayo.
