Hayes, (formerly of Killiney, Co. Dublin and Cobh, Co. Cork) – July 4th, 2020 (suddenly) at home, Jim (James), beloved husband of the late Maeve (nee Casey) (both formerly of Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort) , Jim will be fondly remembered by his heartbroken daughters Catherine and Liz, sons-in-law Brian and Clint, partner Pat (Pearson), nephew Marcus, adored grandsons Michael, Kyle, Luke and Jake and cherished granddaughter Katie, relatives and his many friends, whom he loved dearly.

A Mass to celebrate Jim's life will take place for his family and  friends  at 11am on Thursday (July 9th) in St. Mary’s Church, Sandyford Village. Live streaming of the funeral Mass can be viewed by clicking on the following link https://www.churchservices.tv/sandyford.

Jim’s Funeral Cortège is expected to leave JP Ward & Sons Funeral Home, Sandyford Village on Thursday (July 9th) at 10:40am and will then proceed at walking pace to St. Mary’s Church, Sandyford Village. Anyone wishing to line the route are welcome to do so while observing social distancing guidelines. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral and cannot due to current restrictions may leave a personal message for the family in the section “Condolences” on the bottom of this notice.

In keeping with Jim’s wishes, the family have asked anyone attending the Funeral to observe all social distancing guidelines and to wear a face mask  where appropriate as Jim would have wanted everyone to remain safe at this time.
