Jim (James Kieran) Ryan

The death has occurred of Jim (James Kieran) Ryan – Killavalley, Tyrrellspass, Co Westmeath – June 30, 2025 (peacefully) at his home with his loving wife, son and daughter by his side.

Predeceased by his parents Anna and Tom, Jim is now reunited with his cherished daughter Hilary, brothers Andrew and Tom and his sister Pauline.

Beloved husband and best friend of Maureen and devoted father of Ethel and Theo; Jim will be forever loved and deeply missed by his wife and family, son-in-law Ollie, daughter-in-law Rosey, treasured grandchildren Tom and Holly, brother Des, sister Kathleen, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, kind neighbours and his many good friends.

Reposing at Gilsenan’s Funeral Home, College Street, Mullingar (N91 K660) on Wednesday July 2nd from 4 pm to 6 pm followed by Removal to St Stephen’s Church, Tyrrellspass (N91 PE00) arriving at 7 pm.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Thursday July 3rd at 11 am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
