Jim (James) McBride
McBride (Glasnevin, Dublin) Jim (James), in his 91st year, June 8, 2022, (formerly Office of Comptroller and Auditor General and C.E.O. of Eolas and Past President and Past Captain of The Island Golf Club) beloved husband of the late Bernadette and loving father of Susan, Claire, Ciarán and the late Paul. Jim will be sadly missed by his loving family, sisters Peggy, Betty, Carmel and the late Maura and Kathleen, brother Christy, daughters-in-law Mairead and Tracy, Sons-in-law Pat and Nico, grandchildren Ciara, Dara, Orla, Ross, Karen, Nicolaas, Aoibh and Conor, great-grandchildren Fiadh and Cuán, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at the Kirwan Funeral Home, 82 Ballygall Road West, D11 W7VX on Friday between 6p.m. and 8p.m. Removal on Saturday to St. Bridgid’s Church, Rolestown arriving for 11 o’c Requiem Mass followed by funeral to the nearby Rolestown Cemetery.
