Jim (James) Walsh

WALSH (Bishopstown, Cork): It is with deep sadness, we wish to announce the death of Jim (James) Walsh on the 6th December 2024, peacefully, in the presence of his loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff at the Bon Secours Hospital, Cork, Jim ex HSE. Beloved husband of his heart broken wife Nora, brother of Mary (O’Callaghan) and Noreen (O’Donovan), son of the late Joan and Jim Walsh.

 

Sadly missed by his uncle Billy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, godchildren, cousins, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

 

Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Monday (9th December) from 4.00pm to 5.00pm.

 

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Tuesday (10th December) in the Church of the Real Presence Curraheen which will be live streamed

Funeral afterwards to St. John’s Cemetery, Causeway, Tralee, Co. Kerry.
