The death has occurred of
Jim Killeen
Jim Killeen, Ballycleary, Castletown, Portlaoise, Co. Laois.
Jim passed away April 2nd 2026, peacefully in his 90th year (ex-employee of Irish Rail) in the loving care of the management, nursing and care staff of Oghill Nursing Home, Monasterevin, Co. Kildare.
Predeceased by his loving parents Owen and Brigid, sisters May and Betty, brothers Peter, Fintan, Eddie, Paddy and Gene, niece Bernadette and nephew Eugene.
Sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family, neighbours and friends in Oghill.

Reposing at Guilfoyle's Funeral Home, Castletown, (Eircode R32TN84) this Saturday evening (April 4th) from 5.30pm to 7.30pm pausing for prayers at 6pm.
Removal from Guilfoyle's Funeral Home this Sunday (April 5th) at 1.45pm to arrive at St. Edmund's Church, Castletown,(EircodeR32KT22) for Funeral Mass at 2pm
followed by Burial immediately afterwards in St. Fintan's Cemetery, Mountrath.
