Jim Leahy

Jim Leahy, “Hilltop”, Castleredmond, Midleton & formerly of Condonstown, Dungourney, on April 10th, 2024, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the excellent care of the staff at Conna Nursing Home. Jim, formerly of Leahy Bros. Building Contractors, beloved husband of the late Colette (nee Walsh) and much loved dad of Vicky, Martha and Paul. Loving grandad of James, Tadhg, Killian, Oisín, Aaron, Méabh and the late Megan. Brother of Eddie and the late Mary (Mon) O’Callaghan, Billy and Roger.

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his son, daughters, daughter-in-law Sinead, grandchildren, brother, sisters-in-law Eileen, Noreen, Carmel, Margaret and Teresa. Brothers-in-law Billy Walsh and Paddy McCarthy (Rancher), nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Also remembering the late Michael O’Callaghan, Sean Power and Pat Tom Walsh. Remembered also by his brothers in Knights of St. Gregory the Great, The Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre and Knights of Saint Columbanus.

May Jim Rest In Peace

Jim will repose at his home in Castleredmond P25A520 this Thursday evening from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. for family and close friends.

Jim will repose in O’Farrell’s Funeral Home, Riverside Way, Midleton on Friday 12th from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Reception into Church of The Most Holy Rosary, Midleton on Saturday for 11 a.m. Funeral Mass followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
