The death has occurred of
Jim McCormack
McCormack, Fish Hoek, South Africa and formerly Dublin Rd., Portlaoise. 28th June 2021 Suddenly in S.Africa. Predeceased by his daughter Aisling. Dearly loved husband to Esther and loving father to Diarmuid (Montreal) and Enda (Galway). Cherished grandchildren Callie, Jack, Kian and Emma, brothers Tony and Jerry, son in law Duane, daughters in law Chrissy Rikkers . Endas partner, Anita, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.
He will be sadly missed by all his former colleagues in the Irish Prison Service. The Portlaoise and Laois GAA circles. And also the community and voluntary groups in Portlaoise Town. He was a true native of the Town.
Jims funeral will take place in South Africa on Saturday morning at 8.55 am Irish Time at St Johns Catholic Church, Fish Hoek. Cremation will follow Mass: link https://www.facebook.com/events/800504154163516
