Jim (Seamus) Liston
Jim (Seamus) Liston (Kinvara Road, Dublin 7, late of Knockaderry, Newcastle West, County Limerick ; formerly of An Garda Siochana and St James’s Hospital) passed away peacefully on 10th May 2025 at St Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown. Beloved husband of the late Maura. He will be sadly missed by his loving children Jim, Breda, Geraldine and Paul, son-in-law John, daughters-in-law Anne and Carol, grandchildren Lisa, Jennifer, Aoife, Eoin, Michael, Hannah, Brian, Meabh, Jack, Conor, Georgina and Robyn, great-grandchildren, sisters Mary and Breda, brother Nicholas, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Bourke’s Funeral Home, 71 Queen Street, Dublin 7 on Monday evening from 5.30pm to 8pm. Jim’s Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday morning at 11.30am in The Church of Our Lady Help of Christians, Navan Road with cremation afterwards at Glasnevin Crematorium.
