Jim Shortt

Jim Shortt, Tuckmill, Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow – 27th December 2025 died peacefully in the loving care of all at Baltinglass Community Hospital in his 93rd year; predeceased by his parents Charles and Martha, sister Anne (Babs) and brothers Charlie, Johnny and Joe.

Jim will be sadly missed by his brother Paddy, sisters Bernie, Kathleen, Maureen and Patricia (San Francisco), nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing at St Paul's Oratory, Baltinglass (Eircode W91 Y796), Tuesday 30th December from 4 - 7pm. Funeral Mass at 11am on Wednesday 31st December in St Joseph’s Church Baltinglass after which he will be laid to rest in Baltinglass Cemetery.
