Jim TOBIN

Jim, former lead singer with The Firehouse Showband. Peacefully and courageously at his home, called by the Lord to his heavenly home, surrounded by and in the arms of his loving and heartbroken family. Predeceased by his beloved and cherished wife Caroline, his parents Patsy and Mai, his best friend and brother Thomas and sister Stella. Jim will be forever missed by his heartbroken daughters Avril and Yvonne,  adored grandchildren Jamie, Cheyenne and Daniel, great-granddaughter Ella May, son-in-law David,  sisters Margaret, Finola, Marie, Marian and Chris, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts Phil and Bridie, relatives, a large circle of dear friends, all in the music industry, especially the members of The Firehouse Showband.

May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing at Ryans Funeral Home, Ashbourne, from 3 o clock this Tuesday evening with removal same evening to St Colmcille's Church, Skryne, arriving at 7 o clock. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Donations if desired to The Irish Motor Neurone Association or Meath Palliative Care.
