The death has occurred of
Jimmy Cooney
Jimmy passed away suddenly at the family home on Monday 31st of July, with his beloved Kay by his side.
Predeceased by his parents, Mick and Nora, and his brothers Thomas and Peter.

Jimmy will be deeply missed and always remembered with great love, by his best friend and wife, Kay, his children Fiacra, Sarah, Ciara and Tara, his daughter-in-law Lisa, Sarah's partner Nino and his adored and precious grandchildren James and Róisín.
Jimmy will be deeply mourned by his brothers Pakie, Michael, Joe and Brendan, his sisters Mary (Hayes), Geraldine (Butler) Dublin, Teresa (Kelly) New Inn, Breege (Kelly) England, Philomena (Bolger) Enniscorthy, Martina (Sweeney) New Quay, Joan (Poland) Eyrecourt and Angela, New Quay, his brothers-in-law, sisters-law, nieces and nephews, relatives, his friends and colleagues in Loughrea Mart, his wide circle of friends in the GAA and his wonderful neighbours.

Jimmy will lie in repose in Áras Mhuire, New Inn, Ballinasloe (H53 P6C0) on Friday 4th of August from 4pm to 7pm. Jimmy's funeral cortege will arrive to St Patrick's Church Bullaun at 11.40am on Saturday, 5th August, for Requiem Mass at 12noon.
For those unable to attend, Mass will be streamed on the following link
Burial will take place immediately after Mass in the adjoining cemetery.
