Jimmy DEVLIN

Jimmy Devlin of Bray, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Ardmore Studios where he was known as “Jimmy The Bus”, died suddenly on Monday evening 19th October 2015, following a short illness, at St Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin. Much loved husband and best friend of Muriel, devoted father of Deirdre and Wayne, adored Grandad of Dillon, Jordan and Lauryn and loving brother of Rose, Esther, Margaret and Liz; he will be sadly missed by his mother-in-law Kathleen, son-in-law Jag, Wayne’s partner Shirley, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

There will be a gathering for family and friends on Thursday evening, 22nd October from 6pm to 7pm at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray (Prayers at 6.45pm). Removal from the funeral home on Friday morning 23rd October at 10.30am, walking to St Peter’s Church, Little Bray, arriving for Requiem Mass at 11.00am. followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harolds Cross, Dublin 6W.  Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to, St Vincent’s Foundation, can be made at the church.
