Jimmy Dowd - Spoutwell Lane, Mullingar, Co Westmeath – December 27, 2023 (peacefully) in the company of his devoted wife and family and in the excellent care of the management and staff at Newbrook Nursing Home.

Predeceased by his infant son Thomas, parents Christy and Kathleen and brother Tommy.

Jimmy will be sadly missed and forever remembered by his loving wife Kathleen, his children James, Lisa (Savage) and Paul, his adored grandchildren, son-in-law Paul, daughter-in-law Ann, Paul’s partner Ciara, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at Gilsenan’s Funeral Home (N91 K660) on Friday December 29, from 10 a.m. with Removal to the Cathedral of Christ the King arriving for Jimmy’s Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. The Mass may be viewed on the live webcam at www.mullingarparish.ie.
Burial will follow in Ballyglass Cemetery.
