Jimmy Gallagher

Jimmy Gallagher, peacefully at Mayo University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, on the 26th February 2026. Pre-deceased by his parents John and Peggy Gallagher, his wife Rita, his sisters Betty and Noreen and his brother Danny. Deeply missed by his daughters Marie, Louise and Emer; sons-in-law Aidan and Ger, his grandchildren Emily and Dominick; his brother John and sister Margaret, and all his nieces, nephews and many friends.

May Jimmy's soul rest in peace.

Jimmy will repose in Lynn’s funeral home, Killala on Saturday 28th February 2026 from 5pm to 7pm with removal after to St Patrick’s Church, Killala. Funeral Mass will be on Sunday at 11:30am followed by burial in Killala cemetery.
