Jimmy Gilligan

Jimmy Gilligan (Southend, England and formerly of Dohern, Chaffpool, Ballymote, Co. Sligo), peacefully in hospital.  Predeceased by his parents Martin and Annie Kate, sisters Mary Teresa (New York) and Angela (Melbourne) and brother Tommy (New York).  Deeply regretted by his loving wife Sylvia, son Mark, daughter-in-law Amanda, grandchildren, siblings Denny (Ballyara, Rhue), Mike (Carlingford), Sylvester (Keash), Noel (Bunninadden), Jerry (New York), Kathleen Collins (London), Attracta Hanahoe (Foxford), Veronica Corscadden (Cloonacool), Rosaleen McCann (Bonniconlon), Martina McHale (Rooskey) and Oliver (Dohern, Chaffpool), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

A private funeral will take place in Southend, England.  A Memorial Mass to celebrate Jimmy's life will be held in St. Nathy's Church, Achonry at a later date.
