(JIMMY) JAMES EDWARD NORTHRIDGE

NORTHRIDGE (Sheanliss, Midleton) On 2nd June 2024, peacefully, in the presence of his loving family and in the exceptional care of Midleton Community Hospital,

 

James Edward (Jimmy), late of Sheanliss, Midleton. Dearly beloved husband of the late May (nee Hall) and loving father of Brian, Hazel (Beamish), Daphne (Larragy), Ashley, Claire (Deane), Deirdre (Kenneally) and Valerie (McPadden).

 

He will be sadly and greatly missed by his sons and daughters, sons-in-law William, Philip, Stanley and Ger, daughter-in-law Rosaleen, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, in particular Leslie, relatives, friends, neighbours, his loyal customers and his former carers and doctors (with special thanks to Dr Doran and Dr McGrath).

 

Jimmy will be reunited in heaven with his beloved wife May and his cherished grandson Andrew.

 

Family flowers only, donations, in lieu, to The Friends of Midleton Hospital.

 

Reposing at Hyde’s Funeral Home, Drury’s Avenue, Midleton, on Monday, June 3rd, from 5:30pm – 7pm, followed by reception into St. Colman’s Cathedral, Cloyne.

 

Funeral Service on Tuesday, 4th June, at 12pm followed by burial in the adjoining Churchyard.

 

May he rest in peace.
