Jimmy (James) Lawless

Jimmy (James) Lawless of Bray, Co. Wicklow passed away peacefully on Monday 23rd March 2026, surrounded by his loving family, in the care of Sugarloaf Care Centre.

Predeceased by his loved son Séamus and son-in-law Alan. Deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his beloved wife of 63 happy years Betty, much loved children Deirdre, Ciaran, Sheila, Fidelma, Jemma and Éilís, 16 adored grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Tuesday 24th March from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Walking from his home on Wednesday 25th March at 9.30am, for Funeral Mass in St. Peter’s Church, Little Bray at 10.00am, followed by burial in the adjacent cemetery.
