MOONEY, James (Jimmy) Mooney (late of Mulvey Park, Dublin 14 and the University College, Dublin) – 9th November 2023 (peacefully) in the gentle and loving care of the Gascoigne Nursing Home. Predeceased by his loving son Colm. Beloved husband and best friend of Carmel and devoted and loving father of Anita, Niamh and Eoin. Sadly missed by his family, son-in-law Philip, daughter-in-law Parena, sister-in-law Nancy and his nine loving grandchildren, nephews, cousins and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum on Saturday afternoon (11th November) from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on Monday morning to the Church of the Miraculous Medal, Bird Avenue, Clonskeagh, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am, followed by committal prayers at 12 noon in the Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross which can be viewed on https://www.mountjerome.ie/garden-chapel-service/.
