JIMMY LEYDEN Quarry View, Ballybride, Roscommon Town. September 30th, 2025; (Peacefully), surrounded by his family, in the devoted care of the staff of Roscommon Hospice.

Beloved husband of Jean and much loved Dad to Caroline, Michael and Laura and also to his stepsons Mark and Lee. He will be forever missed by his family, his adored grandchildren Jessica, Emma, James, Lottie, Maeve and Tom, brothers John, Joe, Patrick and Terry, sister Margaret, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Jimmy is predeceased by his parents Michael and Jean, brother Michael and sister Mary.

May He rest in peace.

Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon on Thursday evening from 5 o’c until 6.30 o’c. Removal from his home on Friday morning at 10.30 o’c arriving to the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in St Coman’s Cemetery.
