The death has occurred of
Jimmy McSweeney
McSWEENEY (Passage West and formerly of Mahon and Fermoy, Cork): On October 8th, 2025, peacefully, in the presence of his loving family at the Cork University Hospital, JIMMY, dearly beloved husband of the late Peggy, much loved dad of Carol, John and Jayne, dear brother of Tom, Johnny, Margaret and Mike.
Sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law Paul and Ian, daughter-in-law Mandy, grandchildren Marc, Daniel, Ryan, Hollie, Emma, Craig, Jamie, Tara, Ellie, Ava and Kate, extended family and friends.
Reposing at the Temple Hill Funeral Home, Boreenmanna Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd; On Friday (October 10th) from 4.00pm to 5.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 3.00pm on Saturday (October 11th) in the Church of the Holy Cross, Mahon which can be viewed
Funeral afterwards to the Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy.
