The death has occurred of
Jimmy (Rookie) Ryan
Jimmy (Rookie) Ryan (Lower Monard, Solohead, Co. Tipperary) November 11th 2025, peacefully at St. John’s Hospital, Limerick, after a long illness bravely borne. Son of the late Tommy and Nonie, and brother of the late John.
Deeply regretted by his loving family, wife Margaret, daughters Noreen, Nell and Mairéad, sons Tommy, Wally, Seamie, Shane, Liam and Mikie, his much loved grandchildren Paul, Megan, Seamus, James, Hannah, Mike, Tom, Cathal, Daniel, Sean, Nonie, Anna-Mai, Niamh and Ava, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law Teresa and Kathleen, brother-in-law John, relatives, kind friends and great neighbours.
Rest in peace
Reposing at Whelan’s Funeral Home, Tipperary (E34 WD92) Thursday evening from 5.30 pm until 7.30 pm. Arriving in St. Nicholas’ Church, Solohead Friday morning for Requiem Mass at 11.30 am with burial afterwards in the old cemetery, Oola.
