Jimmy Tighe

The death has occurred of Jimmy Tighe, Mulla House, Mullacor, Ballymote, Co. Sligo.

Peacefully, in his 100th year.

Predeceased by his wife Pauline, his baby daughter Rosemary, brothers Aidan and Seán, and sisters Berry and Doreen.

Sadly missed by his son Barry, daughter-in-law Patsy, sister-in-law Eileen, nephews Aidan, Pat, Raymond, Ciaran, Enda, John, Eamon and Fergus, nieces Brenda, Anne, Elma, Dorrie and Helen, his many great-nephews and great-nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Perry’s Funeral Home, Ballymote on Wednesday from 5p.m. to 7p.m., with removal afterwards to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballymote for 7.30p.m.

Requiem Mass on Thursday at 12p.m., with burial afterwards in St. Columba’s Cemetery. Jimmy’s Mass will be streamed on ballymoteparish.org
