The death has occurred of
JJ ( John James ) Murtagh
Peacefully, under the care of the exceptional nursing and comfort care team at Cavan General Hospital. Predeceased by his beloved wife Maureen, parents Frank and Annie, brother Larry, sisters Nancy,Pam, Rose, Bridie and Margaret, brothers in law Kevin, Christy, JP, Victor and Bob, sisters-in-law Pauline and recently departed Eileen. Deeply regretted and remembered with love by his brother Gerry, sister Frances, nieces, nephews and circle of dear friends.

Reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home, Baileborough, on Monday evening from 5pm until 7pm. Removal on Tuesday morning from his home to arrive at St Patrick's Church, Shercock, for Funeral Mass at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. JJ's family extend their deepest appreciation to the devoted staff at Esker Lodge for their dedication and care of JJ. Anyone wishing to offer their condolence may leave a message on the link below.
