The death has occurred of
Jo (Joan) O'Brien
O'Brien (Lisavaird & Glandore): On October 28th, 2023 peacefully in the loving care of the wonderful staff of Skibbereen Community Hospital, and in the presence of her loving family, Jo (Joan), beloved daughter of the late Margaret and Michael O'Brien, Sams Cross, Lisavaird and Glandore, and much loved sister of the late Mary (Hodnett), Peggy (O'Driscoll), Nancy (Russell), Dan Jimmy and Mily.
Sadly missed by her loving sister Kay (Calnan) Glandore, brother John Denny, sisters-in-law Josephine and Anne, beloved nieces, nephews, gran-nieces, gran-nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May She Rest In Peace.
Reposing in Shanahans Funeral Home, Leap on Monday, 30th October from 4pm to 6pm followed by prayers. Requiem Mass on Tuesday, 31st October at 12noon in Kilfactnabeg Church, Glandore. Funeral immediately afterwards to Lisavaird cemetery.
