The death has occurred of
Jo Thornton
(née Berry)
Following a short illness, passed peacefully and comfortably at her home surrounded buy her loving family. Pre-deceased by her brother Tony, grand-daughter Sarah, nephew Patrick, sisters-in-law Rita and Ita.
Jo will be sadly missed by her loving husband Des, heartbroken daughters Emer, Deirdre Minogue, Maura, son John and foster son Brendan. Deeply regretted by her daughter in-law Olivia, sons in-law Michael and TJ, brother-in-law Colm, sister-in-law Emer ,grand-children, great-grand-children, nephews, loving carers and wonderful neighbours and friends. R.I.P.
Remains arriving to Ballintubber Abbey this Sunday at 8pm. Funeral mass on Monday at 11am with burial after in the adjoining cemetery.
House private, NO FLOWERS by request please.
Jo's funeral will be private to close family members only due to HSE and government guidelines.
