Joan Bailey
(née Brennan)
Joan Bailey nee Brennan, Belfry Crescent and formerly of Castle Road, Dundalk, Co. Louth. Peacefully surrounded by her loving family in care of the Mater Hospital, Dublin, 7th November 2023. Joan, beloved wife of the late Gerard. Loving Mother of Anne, Ciara, Gary and Niall. Nana of Stephen, Anne, Lynn, Niabh, Oisín, Ordhnaith, Ronain, Rebecca, Sean, Joshua, and Caoimhe. Great nana of Cameron, Lucy, Dylan and Fíadh. Sister of Sheila, Kathleen, Tom, Gerard and the late Bernadette, Michael, Nan, Maura and Pat. Joan will be sadly missed by her sons, daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sons in law Danny and Gene, daughters in law Rosemary and Margaret, brothers, sisters, brothers in law, sisters in law, her devoted caregiver Olivia, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
May She Rest in Peace.
Joan will repose at her home (A91R5F3) from 2pm to 8pm on Wednesday. Funeral Mass on Thursday afternoon at 2pm in St Joseph’s Redemptorist Church. Burial afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery.
