Joan passed away on 3rd September 2024, peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff at Castlecomer District Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Seamus and much loved mother of Martina, Richard, Mary and Siobhan. Joan will be sadly missed by her loving family, sisters Angela and Moira, sons-in-law James, Rory and Kevin, grandchildren Adam, Zoe, David, Jade, Stephen, Blade, Matej, Chloe, Frankie and Jane, brother-in-law John, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, kind neighbours and friends.

Joan is predeceased by her parents Richard and Moira, infant sister Mary and infant granddaughter Amber.

May her gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home on Wednesday (4th Sept) from 5pm to 7pm pausing for Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday morning at 11am in St. Mary’s Cathedral. Funeral afterwards to St. Kieran's Cemetery. House private please.
