Joan Cassidy
(née Kenny)
CASSIDY (née Kenny), Joan (Foxrock and formerly Sandymount, Dublin) - April 3, 2017 (peacefully), after a short illness borne with courage and dignity in the wonderful care of all the staff in St. Vincent's Private Hospital; deeply regretted by her loving family, husband Peter, twin daughters Dorothy and Mary, son John, son-in-law Luke, daughter-in-law Edel and grandchildren Aoife, Siobhán, Ronan, Ellen and Sarah; she will be sadly missed by all her family, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and friends.
Reposing on Wednesday evening, April 5th from 4.30 o'c. to 6.30 o'c. in Carnegies Funeral Home, The Crescent, Monkstown. Funeral Mass on Thursday morning at 10 o’c. in the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock with burial afterwards in Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.
