The death has occurred of
Joan Clarges
(née McGhee)
Clarges (née McGhee) Joan, 7th August, 2025 (Crumlin); peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in the kind care of the staff of the Beacon Hospital. Loving mam of Phillip, Derek, Elaine and Sonia and adored nana to Ciaran, Ryan, Katie, Alex, Amelia, Eva, Daragh, Zayne, Solomon and Rebecca. Predeceased by her parents Margaret and Joe and her siblings Seán, Paddy, Jodie, Jimmy, Vinny, Peggy, Kathleen and Rita.
Joan will be forever loved and sadly missed by her heartbroken family, daughters-in-law Niamh and Catherine, sons-in-law Thomas and Derek, brothers Tommy and Tony, sisters Bridie, Patsy and Maureen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews especially Mary and Paul Tully, extended family and friends.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Sunday from 1pm to 3pm. Funeral Mass on Monday at 11.30am in St. Agnes’s Church, Crumlin Village followed by burial in Newlands Cross Cemetery.
