The death has occurred of
Joan Cullen
(née O'Neill)
CULLEN (née O’Neill), Joan (Newcastle, Co. Dublin and formerly of Terenure, Dublin 6W). Passed away peacefully on the 23rd of January 2026, surrounded by her loving family, in the wonderful care of the staff at Tallaght Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Denis and much loved mam of Louise, Gerard and Denis. Predeceased by her brothers Kevin and Anthony, and her sister Anne. Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her daughter and sons, granddaughters Ella, Sophie and Darcy, her foster grandson Jayden, son-in-law Eduardo, sisters Irene and Margaret, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at her home on Tuesday evening (January 27th) between 4pm and 7pm. Removal on Wednesday morning (January 28th) to St. Finian’s Church, Newcastle arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by burial in Newcastle Cemetery.
