Died Thursday, 5th January 2023, peacefully at Mullingar Regional Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her beloved husband Kevin, parents Owen and Mary Ann O’Reilly, brothers Noel, Jimmy, Johnny, Eugene, and Paddy, sister Babby. Cherished mother of Martin, Kevin and Colette. Joan will be sadly missed and always remembered by her loving family, adored grandchildren Daniel and Mikey, daughter-in-law Gillian Conway, son-in-law Kyle Gaffney, sisters Bridie, Sr. Dominica (Peggy), Liz and Ellen, brother Tommy, nieces, nephews, relatives, and her many neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Smith’s Funeral Home, Barrack St. Granard on Friday the 6th from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday the 7th at 12 noon in St. Mary's Church, Granard, followed by Christian burial in Granardkill New Cemetery.
House strictly private at all times please.
Joan’s family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Mullingar Regional Hospital for the excellent care given to Joan. As Covid is still in our midst we would ask everybody to take the necessary precautions and keep everybody safe. For those who would have liked to attend but can’t, please leave a message in the condolence section below which will be very much appreciated by the family.
