Joan Galvin

Galvin (Old Court, Ballinspittle) on May 1st 2023 peacefully at home and surrounded by her loving family. Joan, beloved wife of the recently deceased Matt and dear mother of Paddy, Mary, Catherine, Matthew, Eileen, Denis, Michael, Martin, Joan, Tadgh, Sean, Gillian and the late John, and sister of Teddy and the late Maudie.

Sadly missed by her loving family, brother, sons-in-law Liam and Kieran, daughters-in-law Mary, Dolores, Rita, Anne, Caroline and Yvonne, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and many friends.

Joan and her husband Matt will be lying in repose at Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home, Bandon (eircode P72WE20) on Tuesday from 4pm to 7pm followed by Family Removals to Holy Trinity Church, Ballinspittle via Cripple Hill and Kilbrittain.

Due to ongoing road works on the South Main Street in Bandon, access to the Funeral Home is advised via Riverview Shopping Centre or Chapel Street.

Requiem Mass will take place for Joan and Matt on Wednesday at 2pm which will be livestreamed on www.corklivestream.com/funerals, funerals afterwards to Templetrine Cemetery.
