Joan Gibney Melly of Bohernasup, Ballina, Strandhill, Co. Sligo and late of Convent Rd., Claremorris, Co. Mayo. Joan, predeceased by her parents Alphie & Mell Gibney. Dearly missed by her heartbroken husband Bernard, sisters Mary (Australia), Anne (Elphin), Regina (Trim), Brenda (Claremorris) brother Kevin (Leeds), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at McGowan's Funeral Home, Ballina on Friday evening from 6pm until 7pm Funeral will arrive to St. Patrick's Church, Ballina on Saturday morning for Requiem Mass at 11:30am with funeral proceeding to St. Coleman’s Cemetery, Claremorris.
