Joan Harrington

The death has occurred of Joan Harrington (nee Kelleher), Rocklodge, Carrigrohane, Co. Cork and formerly of Kippagh, Ballyvourney, Co. Cork. Peacefully on the 4th March 2025, in her 90th year, surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the staff in St Anne's Ward at Marymount Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Christy, mother of Dermot, Pat, Anne and Kevin. Predeceased by her siblings Matthew, Maura and Diarmuid. Sadly, missed by her sons, daughter, daughters in law, Sheila, Mary and Clare, her devoted grandchildren, Roisin, Jack, Siobhan, Ronan, Cormac, Eva, Culann and Sheola Mae, her extended family, neighbours and friends.

Lying in repose at Crowley’s Funeral Home, Ballincollig, (P31 W982) on the 5th March 2025 from 6pm with prayers at 7pm. Requiem mass at 11am on 6th March 2025 at St Senan’s Church, Cloghroe, (T23 T934) which can be viewed on https://www.churchservices.tv/stsenans . Burial afterwards in St John’s Cemetery, Ovens (P31 VF44). Family Flowers only, donations in lieu to Marymount Hospital. Family home private.
