Hooper (née O’Neill) Joan (Joanie), 19th March 2026, (late of Drimnagh); passed suddenly at home. Beloved wife of Aleck and adored mam of Alan, Gary, Sharon, Antoinette, Joanne, Alex and her late daughter Sandy.

Joanie will be forever loved and very sadly missed by her heartbroken husband, sons, daughters, her wonderful grandchildren, son-in-law Mark, daughter-in-law Tina, brothers, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

 

May her gentle soul rest in peace

 

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Tuesday (24th March) from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday (25th March) at 10am in Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel, Mourne Road, Drimnagh followed by Burial in Newlands Cross Cemetery arriving at approximately 12 noon.
