Joan Kennedy (née Flanagan), of Glencullen, Co. Dublin, passed away peacefully on Sunday, 22nd September, 2024, in the care of the wonderful staff at Cairnhill Nursing Home, Bray and surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Thomas and daughter Maria, dearly loved Mum of Bernadette, Leslie, Geoffrey, Audrey, Jonathan and Edel, much loved sister of Maudie, cherished by her grandchildren Taylor, Hayley, Owen, Corey, Ruirc, Zach, Michele, Hannah, Emily, Nadia, Charley and Alice and great-grandchildren Mason and Aubrey, lovingly remembered by her daughters-in-law Niki and Georgeanne, sons-in-law Glen, John, Mick and Noel, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Wednesday (25th September) from 7.00pm-8.30pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday (26th September) at 11.00am in St. Patrick’s Church, Glencullen followed by burial in Kilternan Parish Church of Ireland Churchyard. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Dementia Ireland.
