Joan Lucey
(née Gimblett)
Lucey (Kinsale) on November 18th 2020 in the most tender care of the Staff at Haven Bay Care Centre, Kinsale. Joan (nee Gimblett), beloved wife of the late Dan (ex Carriganima) and cherished mother of Sheila (Waldron), Stephen and Gina and beloved grandmother of Kate, Joanna, Alice and the late Niall.
Sadly missed by her loving family, son-in-law Gerry, daughter-in-law Minnie, grandchildren, sister Kitty, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends.
In accordance with Government and H.S.E. guidelines, Joan's Funeral will take place privately. Condolences can be left on the 'condolence' link below.
Joan's Funeral cortège will be leaving the Funeral Home on Friday at 1.45pm en route to St. John the Baptist Church, Kinsale, for a private Requiem Mass at 2pm, which will be livestreamed on www.kinsale-parish.org and after the Funeral Mass, Joan's cortège will proceed in the traditional route through Kinsale town en route to St. Eltin's Cemetery.
