The death has occurred of
Joan Lynch
(née Moran)
Joan passed away peacefully at home with her daughters at her side, after a short illness, bravely borne. Joan is predeceased by her beloved husband Bert, brother Bill and parents Mary and Thomas Moran.
Joan is leaving behind her three heartbroken daughters, Sinead, Marie and Edel, sons-in-law Craig, Glenn and Morgan and her adoring grandchildren, Ella, Oisin, Oliver, Alice, Nate, Maeve, Laura and Isabel. Deeply missed by her brothers John, Gerry, Tommy and Pat and sister Aine, her extended family, neighbours and wide circle of friends.
A private Requiem Mass for Joan will be celebrated on Thursday, 6th of May, at 12 p.m. at the Church of Christ the King, Salthill. Funeral after Mass to Rahoon Cemetery. The Mass will be live-streamed as the attendees at the Church and the cemetery are restricted to 25 in accordance with current government guidelines.
Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Galway Hospice.
