Joan Margaret Bateman
(née Allen)

Bateman (Timoleague) on 13th January 2023, peacefully at home with her family. Joan Margaret (nee Allen) Barryshall (and late of Stonefield, Oxfordshire).  Beloved wife of the late Desmond and much loved mother of Colin and Roger.

Sadly missed by her loving sons, adored grandchildren George, Caroline, Iona, Jane & Peppa, daughters-in-law Zae-beth & Diana, sisters-in-law Hillary & Sheila, nieces, nephews, relatives and extensive circle of friends. 

Visitation on Sunday 15th January in Clonakilty Methodist Church, Kent Street, after 6pm prayers until 8pm. Funeral Service at 1pm on Monday followed by cremation at the Island Crematorium at 5pm. Funeral Service link.

Margaret's funeral cortège will travel via Barryroe, Courtmacsherry & Timoleague Village en route to the crematorium.
