Joan Mary Gordon (née Wilkinson), “Teachmountgale”, Rathmoyle, Co. Kilkenny and formerly of Saggart, Co. Dublin.

Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the exceptional care of the staff at St. Columba’s Hospital, Thomastown on Saturday, 3rd May 2025.

Pre-deceased by her husband Sean, her parents Margaret and Thomas, her sisters Peg and Mari and her brothers Pat and Emmet.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sorrowing family, her daughter Shayne, her grandchildren Sean, Tom and Mai and their father Dermot, brothers Colm and Conor, sisters Ruby, Annette and Collette, sister-in-law Deirdre, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Joan Rest in Peace

Reposing at her daughter, Shayne's residence, Kells, Co. Kilkenny, (Eircode R95 R2R7) on Monday, 5th May from 5pm concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 7pm.

Funeral arriving to The Church of The Holy Cross, Kells on Tuesday, 6th May for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial will follow afterwards in Newtown Cemetery.
