In loving memory of Joan McSweeney (née Craven) (Raheny, Dublin). Joan passed away peacefully on 19th February 2021 surrounded by her daughters in the wonderful care of the staff at Loughshinny Nursing Home, in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Phil, cherished Mam to Catherine, Audrey & Niall and adored Nana to 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Joan will be very sadly missed by her loving family, her sister in-law Marie & brother in-law Con, friends and kind neighbours in Raheny.
