Murray (née Bateman) Joan, 26th September 2025, (late of Clondalkin) passed peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the kind care of the staff of Tallaght Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Des, much loved mum of Christopher, Andrew, Mandy and Caroline and adored granny of Amy, Hannah, Seán, Mark, Philip, Jennifer, Isobel, Sarah, Evan, Emma, Darragh, Josh, Ciarán and great-granddaughters Orla and Olivia.

 

Joan will be forever loved and sadly missed by her loving children, grandchildren, great-granddaughters, sister Margaret, daughters-in-law Helen and Linda, sons-in-law Alan and Terence, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

 

May Joan rest in peace.

 

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Monastery Road, Clondalkin Village on Tuesday from 5pm to 7pm . Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 10am in Church of the Sacred Heart, Sruleen, St. John’s Drive, Clondalkin followed by burial in Saggart Cemetery, arriving at approximately 11.45am
